There are only a few things you'll need before starting the ADHD Career Coaching Program.
3 sessions a month
Committing to 3 sessions per month (usually one a week) During 9-5 (GMT) working hours, Monday-Friday.
Optimism
Optimism and a willingness to make positive changes are the keys to transformative growth.
At least 6 Months
This is the minimum amount of time you will need to commit to doing 3 sessions a month to allow us to move through the program at the intended pace.
