Learn To Work With Your Brain Not Against It
Receiving an ADHD diagnosis can feel like everything suddenly makes sense, and yet nothing does.
You finally have an explanation for the burnout, the overwhelm, the constant “why can’t I just…?” loop.
But knowing is only the first step.
What comes next is learning how to live with that awareness — to rebuild trust in yourself, create supportive routines, and find calm in a world that often feels too fast, too loud, or too demanding

Ready to make a change?
That’s where ADHD Coaching comes in.
This is a safe, judgment-free space to make sense of your diagnosis, understand how your brain works, and start building a life that feels sustainable, not exhausting.
Because you are not broken.
You’ve just been trying to thrive in systems that were never built for you.
Who It's For
This coaching is for late-diagnosed or self-identifying ADHD adults who want to go beyond information and into transformation.

Processing a recent diagnosis and unsure where to begin
-
Caught in cycles of overwhelm, emotional highs and lows, or self-criticism
-
Struggling with focus, motivation, or follow-through — even for things you want to do
-
Tired of productivity hacks that don’t last or advice that doesn’t fit how your brain works
-
Ready to stop masking, start understanding, and finally build a life that supports you
You Might be:
Whether you’re navigating work, relationships, parenting, or just daily life, this is a space to breathe out, be seen, and learn what truly helps you.
What's Included
Each coaching journey is tailored to your needs, but sessions often explore:
-
Understanding your ADHD — how your brain processes focus, emotion, and motivation
-
Emotional regulation and tools for managing rejection sensitivity, overwhelm, or shutdown
-
Building structure and self-trust through realistic systems that fit your energy and lifestyle
-
Setting boundaries and communicating your needs with confidence
-
Reconnecting with your strengths, values, and what brings you joy
-
Turning self-criticism into self-compassion
You’ll leave with practical strategies, deeper self-awareness, and the confidence to work with your ADHD rather than against it.
Coaching sessions are held 1:1 online via Zoom, in a supportive, relaxed space designed for reflection and growth.
Between sessions, you’ll have access to optional reflection tools and gentle accountability check-ins, all at your own pace.
Coaching is a partnership. I’ll meet you where you are, help you untangle what’s been holding you back, and walk beside you as you move forward with clarity and confidence.
